Our preschool program is designed to prepare children aged 3 to 5 for a smooth transition into kindergarten. Lighthouse Child Development Center follows the developmentally appropriate Frog Street curriculum, which aligns with learning and NAEYC standards. Our curriculum includes language (English, Spanish, and basic sign language), math, science, reading, music, physical development, and STEAM. Children’s progress is monitored through informal observations, work samples, and anecdotal notes, with assessments conducted three times annually.
